Originally developed between 1980-1990, the overwhelming majority of the homes in Vista Del Cielo are single level. Only four of the homes have more than one level. Like most single family subdivisions within McCormick Ranch, there is no monthly HOA fee in Vista Del Cielo. Residents only pay the annual planned community fee (currently $265 as of 2026).
