The homes were all originally constructed with 8″ “slump” block, though some that have been razed and/or expanded in recent years with the redevelopment boom have been replaced with majority frame wood construction.

With access to the greenbelts and Camelback Walk, the amenities that McCormick Ranch is famous for (parks, lakes, dining, shopping, schools, etc) remain quite walkable/ridable while the subdivision is a bit less hustle-bustley than others.
